Načrt in izvedba izgradnje energetsko učinkovite zasebne stanovanjske hiše

Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je na praktičnem primeru predstaviti pomembnost energijsko učinkovite gradnje hiše, oziroma kaj vse je pomembno pri načrtovanju gradnje nizkoenergetske oziroma pasivne hiše. Živimo v časih, ko smo ljudje vedno bolj ozaveščeni o škodljivih posledicah pretirane uporabe energentov, ki onesnažujejo okolje in povečujejo izpuste toplogrednih plinov. Pri gradnji novih energijsko učinkovitih objektov je pomembno, da si že pri samem načrtovanju novega objekta pomagamo z orodji oziroma programi, ki nas vodijo k uspešno dokončanemu projektu. Ta orodja, v mojem primeru program PHPP 2007 (Passive House Planning Package), nas skozi celotno načrtovanje objekta vodijo k zastavljenemu cilju, izgradnji nizkoenergetske oziroma pasivne hiše. Sam sem se v mojem primeru lotil izračuna energetske učinkovitosti v nasprotni smeri, saj je moja hiša že stala. Pri izračunih so mi bili v veliko pomoč gradbeni načrti in vsa dokumentacija ter specifikacija uporabljenih materialov v fazi izgradnje hiše.

• Title: Design and implementation of construction of energy-efficient private residential house

Abstract

Main goal of my thesis was to show on practical example the important things which we have to care of during the building energy efficient house and all the things which we need to be aware of when we are designing a low-energy or a passive house. In this time people become more aware of the harmful effects of excessive use of energy sources, which are polluting the environment and increasing the emissions of greenhouse gases. At the construction of new energy efficient building it’s important that from the start we are using the tools which are leading us in right direction to a successfully finished project. This tools, which was in my case PHPP 2007 (Passive House Planning Package) are leading us to our goal of building a low energy or a passive house. In my case, I have calculated energy efficiency in the opposite direction, because my house was already built. I got all the data needed for the calculation of energy efficiency from the constructions plan and from the specifications of used material.
