Abstract
Diplomska naloga je nastala v sodelovanju z ELCON d.o.o., podjetjem za avtomatizacijo, razvoj in inženiring, ki se ukvarja z načrtovanjem in izvedbo najrazličnejših elektro projektov. Moja naloga je bila izdelava uporabniško-tehnične dokumentacije enega izmed dveh delov določene elektro-pnevmatske avtomatske montažne linije. Linijo je razvilo in proizvedlo podjetje Lovran d.o.o., ki se ukvarja z avtomatizacijskimi sistemi. Omenjeno podjetje je bilo tudi naročnik uporabniško-tehnične dokumentacije za potrebe kasnejšega vzdrževanja in uporabe linije v okviru njenega obratovanja. V uvodu sem nekaj besed namenil predstavitvi CAD programske opreme, ki sem jo tudi sam uporabljal pri izdelavi uporabniško-tehnične dokumentacije. Opisal sem, kaj CAD programska oprema sploh predstavlja, kaj nam omogoča, za kakšen namen in na katerih področjih se uporablja, kakšne so prednosti njene uporabe v primerjavi z neavtomatiziranim izdelovanjem projektov itd. V prvem poglavju sem pisal o grafičnem dokumentiranju. Opredelil sem pojem grafičnega dokumentiranja, njegov razvoj in se nato osredotočil na dokumentiranje v tehniki ali točneje na dokumentiranje v strojništvu in elektrotehniki. V okviru tega je beseda med drugim tekla o standardizaciji tehnične dokumentacije, tehniki izdelave tehničnih risb itd. Na koncu sem predstavil načine shranjevanja dokumentacije v podjetjih ter sistem za vodenje tehnične dokumentacije (PDM – sistem). V nadaljevanju sem predstavil način grafičnega dokumentiranja elektro-pnevmatskih projektov s pomočjo CAD programskega paketa WSCAD SUITE. Pisal sem o splošni strukturi programa, njegovih funkcijah in načinu njihove uporabe, načinu kreiranja shem tehnične dokumentacije, urejanju obstoječih in kreiranju novih simbolov elementov, ki so sestavni del shem, upravljanju z realnimi elementi ter možnostmi ustvarjanja montažnih načrtov stikalnih omar. V četrtem poglavju sem predstavil projekt, na katerem sem delal - podrobno sem opisal montažno linijo, ki sem jo dokumentiral. Najprej sem se osredotočil na splošen opis njene strukture, opisal funkcije in delovanje posameznih delovnih postaj ter predstavil proizvod, ki ga izdeluje. V nadaljevanju sem s pomočjo pnevmatskih shem uporabniško-tehnične dokumentacije linije predstavil njen pnevmatski del in nato s pomočjo električnih shem še električni del. V zadnjem poglavju sem opisal potek izdelave projekta s pomočjo prej opisanega CAD programskega paketa WSCAD SUITE ter se na kratko dotaknil tudi standardov, ki sem jih moral upoštevati pri izdelavi shem uporabniško-tehnične dokumentacije v okviru omenjenega programskega paketa. V zaključku sem strnil ter na kratko opisal vse prednosti in slabosti CAD programskega paketa WSCAD SUITE, do katerih sem prišel tekom dela z njim.

Title:Documenting the Automatic Assembly Line with the WSCAD SUITE Software
Abstract:
This graduation thesis was prepared in cooperation with ELCON d.o.o., an automation, development and engineering company engaged in the creation and implementation of various electricity projects. My task was to prepare user technical documentation for one of two parts of an electro-pneumatic automated assembly line. The machine was developed and manufactured by the company Lovran d.o.o., a producer of automation systems. This company also commissioned the technical documentation required for subsequent maintenance of the machine during its operation. A few words in the introduction are devoted to the presentation of CAD software, which I myself used in preparing the technical documentation. I described what CAD software actually represents, what it allows us to do, what its purpose of use is and in which areas, and what the advantages of its use are in comparison with non-automated creation of projects, etc. The first chapter deals with graphic documentation. I described the concept of graphic documentation and its development, and then focused on documentation in technology, more precisely, documentation in mechanical engineering and electrotechnology. In this context I also discussed such topics as the standardization of technical documentation, the techniques used to create technical drawings etc. I then presented the methods of storing documentation in companies and a system for the management of technical documentation (PDM system). In the next section I presented a method of graphic documentation of electro-pneumatic projects using the CAD software application WSCAD SUITE. My focus was on the general structure of the software, its functions and mode of their application, method of creating technical documentation schemes, arrangement of existing and creation of new element symbols that are constituent parts of schemes, management of real elements, and options for creating assembly drawings for control cabinets. Chapter four presents the project that I worked on, and provides a detailed description of the machine that I documented. First I focused on a general description of the machine's structure, described its functions and the functioning of individual work stations, and demonstrated the product that it creates. With the help of pneumatic schemes of the machine's technical documentation, I then presented the pneumatic part of the machine, and described its electrical part using electricity schemes. In the last chapter I described the course of project creation using the previously described CAD software application WSCAD SUITE, and briefly touched on the standards that had to be observed in creating the technical documentation schemes within the scope of the mentioned software application. In my conclusion, I summarized and briefly described all the advantages and disadvantages of the CAD software application WSCAD SUITE that I experienced in the course of using the programme.
