Abstract
Naprava za kontrolo vlivanja polov preverja ustreznost vlitih polov. Na polu ne sme biti poškodb in zarez večjih od 0,2 mm. Na napravi so istočasno štirje poli, ki se jih preverja s pomočjo laserskega skenerja profila. Skener profila se s pomočjo linearnega vodila pomika od pola do pola, ki se med preverjanjem obrne za 360°. Moja naloga je bila sprogramirati pravilno gibanje servomotorjev, branje podatkov iz laserskih skenerjev profila ter obdelava podatkov pridobljenih iz laserskih skenerjev. Poleg logike naprave sem izdelal tudi uporabniški vmesnik.

Title:
Automation of battery terminal castings quality control device
Abstract:
Machine for controlling battery terminal castings checks adequacy of terminal castings. There should not be any damage or cuts bigger than 0,2 mm. On machine are 4 terminals at a time that are checked with laser profile scanner. Scanner is moved from terminal to terminal by a linear guide. During checking, poles terminals for 360°. My task was to program correct movement of servomotors, reading data from laser profile scanners and processing data gained from the scanners. Also I made user interface.
