Machine for controlling battery terminal castings checks adequacy of terminal castings. There should not be any damage or cuts bigger than 0,2 mm. On machine are 4 terminals at a time that are checked with laser profile scanner. Scanner is moved from terminal to terminal by a linear guide. During checking, poles terminals for 360°.
My task was to program correct movement of servomotors, reading data from laser profile scanners and processing data gained from the scanners. Also I made user interface.
