Abstract
Namen diplomske naloge je raziskati vpliv galvanske zaščite in kontaktnega peresa na segrevanje podstavka PK 2, s pomočjo meritev. V prvem delu so opisane nizkonapetostne električne varovalke NV tipa s podrobnejšim opisom različnih tipov NV podstavkov, glede na uporabo, tehnične zahteve in izvedbe. Predstavljeni so dejavniki, ki vplivajo na izvedbo segrevanja NV podstavka. Opisani so deli standarda IEC 60269, ki se nanašajo na merjenje segrevanja. Prikazan je tudi fizikalni vpliv električnega toka na segrevanje podstavka. V drugem delu je predstavljena izdelava vzorcev in izvedba meritve za potrebe segrevanja NV podstavkov. Opisana je merilna oprema, ki je bila potrebna za izvedbo meritev, ter podrobneje je opisan postopek izvedbe meritev. V zadnjem delu so prikazani rezultati meritev na podstavku PK 2. Meritve segrevanja so se izvedle na podstavku PK 2 s kontaktnima peresoma v C in S izvedbi, ter s tremi različnimi galvanskimi nanosi; srebro, kositer in nikelj. Na podlagi meritev je bil izdelana analiza vpliva galvanskega nanosa in kontaktne sile na segrevanje PK podstavka. NV podstavek PK 2 je velikosti 2 (400 A), ki ima za nosilni del uporabljeno keramično osnovo in kovinsko ploščo, na kateri je privijačeno kontaktno pero.

Title:Influence of metal plating and contact force on heating of fuse holder PK 2
Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to explore an influence of galvanic protection and PK2 fuse-base contacts on the heating of the PK 2 fuse-base. In the first part a low voltage NH fuses with detail description of different types of NH fuse-bases, regarding the use, technical demands and type are described. Factors that have influence on heating of a NH fuse-base are presented. Parts of standard IEC 60269 that refer to heating measurement and also phisycal influence of electric current on heating are described. In the second part a preparation of test samples and performance of heating measurements is presented. A desctription of measuring equipment used at the heating measurements and a detail description of test conditions are presented. In the last part results of the NH 2 fuse-base testing are presented. Heating measurements were performed on PK 2 fuse-bases with C and S contact shape and different galvanic protection: silver, tin and nickel. Analyses of galvanic protection and contact force influence on heating of PK fuse-base were performed. Fuse-base PK 2 is a NH fuse-base size 2 (400 A) consisted of ceramic body, metal plate and contacts.
