Krmiljenje naprave za peskanje hranilnikov vode

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena izvedba krmiljenja naprave za peskanje hranilnikov vode, ki služi čiščenju le teh pred emajliranjem. V nalogi je opisano kako smo od idejne zasnove prišli do izdelka, ki danes služi svojemu namenu, kot del proizvodne linije v tovarni na Kitajskem. V uvodnem delu je opisan princip delovanja naprave in predstavljeni posamezni sestavi le te. Glavni del opisuje kako sem se lotil projektiranja elektro sestava z vsemi potrebnimi izračuni za določitev ustreznih električnih elementov in senzorjev ob upoštevanju električnih zakonov, zakonodaje in tehničnih zahtev investitorja. Opisani so postopki načrtovanja elektro vezalnih shem, katere so bile osnova za izdelavo elektro sestava ter pripravo programa za krmiljenje naprave. Elektro vezalne sheme so služile tudi za izvedbo električnih inštalacij. V zadnjem delu je opisano kako so bili izvedeni testi ter kontrola vgrajene opreme. Opisane so nastavitve in testi posameznih sklopov ter testiranje celotne naprave s katerimi smo preverili ustreznost delovanja . • Title: Control of the device for sandblasting of water tanks

Abstract

This thesis presents the implementation of the control device for sandblasting of water tanks, intended for cleaning them before enamelling. The paper describes how we first started the concept till the final product, which today serves its purpose, as a part of a production line in a factory in China. The introductory section describes the principles of operation of the device and its components. The main part of my paper, describes how I set about designing electro composition with all the necessary calculations, to determine the appropriate electrical components and sensors with regards to electrical laws, legislation and technical requirements of the investor. It describes the procedures for planning electrical wiring schemes, which were the basis for the production of electrical construction and preparation of the program for control of the device. Electrical wiring diagrams were used for the execution of electrical installations. The final section describes how the tests were carried out and control equipment installed. It describes the setup and testing of individual assemblies as well as testing of the entire device to examine the execution of operations.
