Abstract
Diplomska naloga opisuje razvoj programa za vodenje stroja za obdelavo stranskega loka doge za vinske sode. Namen je prikazati razvoj programa na programirljivem logičnem krmilniku (PLK-ju) za vodenje triosnega servosistema z rezkarjem, ki je namenjen obdelavi stranice doge za vinske sode. Iz oblike vinskega soda so izpeljani geometrijski parametri želene oblike stranskega loka doge za sode, ki z nekaterimi lastnostmi stroja predstavljajo osnovo za načrtovanje vodenja stroja. Za lažjo in hitrejšo manipulacijo stroja in vpisovanja receptur je razvit tudi učinkovit vmesnik človek-stroj.

Title:PLC-based control of a triaxial servosystem
Abstract:
The thesis describes the development of a control program for machine processing the side arch of staves for wine barrels. The goal is to show the development of a program for a programmable logic controller (PLC), which controls a triaxial servosystem-based router, which forms the side board of staves for wine barrels. The geometry of the stave is derived from the shape of the wine barrel, which, considering the properties of the machine, represents the base for control design. An efficient human-machine interface has been developed so as to ensure easier and faster machine manipulation and recipe specification.
