Implementation of the program RQM is a extensive process that involves many factors. In the thesis I have described them in more details. I presented the economic aspect of the impact in implementation of this program in the company, as well as organizational and managerial aspects. From the economic perspective, implementation of the program makes sense, because in the long run it is economically more efficient than the existing organization. When I was informed with the types of organization, I found out that the company is following the modern method of organization with includes the program that encourages the importance of knowledge and personal responsibility of each individual worker. The goal of any good company is that workers strive towards common goals for the benefit of the company, and their actions are not disruptive, but rather the opposite. Workers obiously feel the greatest motivation, if they are involved in all aspects of the organization of work. In more details I presented one method that is practiced by larger companies TQM (total quality management).
RQM program, which is currently implemented in the company is intended for a wider range of users and is also used by some companies, which deal with other areas and not with serial production.
Within the empirical part I researched how the users are facing with the implementation of the program RQM in the company. I wanted to know how the program is making their work easier or more complicated and what potential concerns they have by using the program. The analysis of the results showed no significant deviations in a positive or negative way. This is probably influenced by the fact that the implementation of the program is novelty at the moment. The workers haven`t completely accepted it yet or for now they don`t have enough experience. In my opinion the program is designed for the future and will primarily offer us a great help. When work with the program will be automated and conquered, it will be faster, more accurate and the chances of mistakes will be less possible than working with the previous organization. Any change is a challenge at the beginning, and workers can take or avoid it, depending on how well they accept the changes and innovations. In my opinion, the solution is in the quality and understandable presentation, in direct aid with initial difficulties related to the program and in raising awareness about the many benefits of the program RQM.
