Abstract
Z večjo dostopnostjo zmogljive strojne in programske opreme je možno razviti domiselne in cenovno dostopne sisteme za avtomatizacijo doma. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena pilotska izvedba nadzora brezžičnih stikal, ki jih vodimo s pomočjo govora. Pri izvedbi tega projekta smo uporabili odprtokodne sisteme in knjižnice ter strojno opremo, ki je bila zasnovana v duhu odprte kode. Prepoznavo govora se izvaja na malem računalniku Raspberry Pi s pomočjo odprtokodnega projekta Jasper Project. Ko prepozna ustrezen glasovni vzorec, pošlje ukaz mikrokrmilniku Arduino, ki s pomočjo odprtokodne knjižnice rc-switch in oddajnega vezja stikalu pošlje radijski ukaz za vklop ali izklop stikala. Predlagana rešitev je cenovno dostopna, ne zahteva večjih posegov v stavbo ter se jo lahko vzdržuje dolgoročno.

Title:Home automation using speech and commercially available wirelessly controlled switches
Abstract:
With the increasing availability of powerful hardware and software it is possible to develop a creative and affordable systems for home automation. This thesis presents an implementation of voice controlled switches. Speech recognition is processed on a card-sized computer (Raspberry Pi) with help of an open source project (Jasper Project). When a voice command is recognized, a text command is sent to Arduino microcontroller. Arduino then emulates the remote control of radio-controlled switches. This is achieved with the help of 'rc-switch' library and a special gateway circuit. Such a solution does not require any building modifications and is relatively inexpensive.
