Abstract
Poslovna stavba GEN-I je bila zgrajena leta 2011 kot nizkoenergijska stavba z lastnim fotonapetostnim sistemom, ki omogoča pretvorbo sončne energije v električno energijo. Na podlagi podatkov o proizvedeni električni energiji instalirane fotonapetostne elektrarne smo dejansko proizvodnjo električne energije primerjali s pričakovano. Poleg tega nas je zanimalo, ali je stavba energetsko samozadostna. S pomočjo programskega paketa PHPP smo ovrednotili stopnjo energetske učinkovitosti poslovne stavbe. Podlaga za izračun so bili pridobljeni gradbeni načrti. Na podlagi računske metode smo izdelali energetsko izkaznico in objekt uvrstili v primeren razred učinkovitosti. Za natančnejšo določitev energijskega razreda bi morali uporabiti izračun na podlagi izmerjene porabljene toplotne energije. Ugotovili smo, da natančni podatki o izmerjeni porabljeni toplotni energiji ne obstajajo, saj je v stavbi vgrajen le en števec, ki beleži porabo električne energije. Predlagali smo vzpostavitev sistema s stalnim beleženjem porabe toplotne energije.

Evaluating the energy efficiency of low-energy office building
Abstract:
The GEN-I office building was built in 2011 as a low energy building with its own photovoltaic system, enabling conversion of solar energy into electrical energy. Based on the data on the produced electrical energy, from the installed photovoltaic power plant, we compared the actual energy produced with the expected production. We were also interested in whether the building is self-sufficient. With the assistance of the programming package, PHPP, we evaluated the level of the building's energy efficiency. We used the building's building plans as basis for calculation. Based on the calculation method, we created an energy rating profile and we placed the building in the appropriate efficiency slot. To establish a more accurate energy grade we would have to use the calculation based on the measurement of spent thermal energy. We discovered that there are no accurate records on spent thermal energy as the building only has one meter which records electrical energy. We suggested a permanent installation of a system measuring spent thermal energy.
