Abstract
Sistem za centralni nadzor (CNS) je nadzorni sistem, katerega osnovni namen je spremljanje podatkov telekomunikacijskih baznih postaj za mobilno telefonijo. Arhitekturo sistema za centralni nadzor sestavljajo centralno nadzorna naprava vključno s senzorji, komunikacijski sistem (UMTS, GPRS, GSM) in pa centralno nadzorni strežnik vključno s centralno nadzorno aplikacijo. V okviru specialistične naloge je uvodoma predstavljen opis sistema za centalni nadzor, arhitektura in njegov osnovni namen uporabe. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni osnovni gradniki sistema za centralni nadzor, in sicer nadzorna enota, komunikacijski sistem in centralni strežnik, ter senzorji, merilniki in RF-ID identifikacijski sistem, vključno s sistemom za brezprekinitveno napajanje. Sledi predstavitev različnih tipov prilagoditvenih vmesnikov. V zadnjem delu specialistične je predstavljen centralno nadzorni strežnik, vključno s centralno nadzorno aplikacijo za spremljanje in nadzor sistema.

Title:System for central control
Abstract:
System for central control (CNS) is a control system, whose primary purpose is to monitor the data telecommunication base stations for mobile telephony. CNS architecture comprises a central control device including sensors, communications systems (UMTS, GPRS, GSM) and the central control server including central control application. In the context of the thesis, is presented description of the control system architecture and its primary purpose. Basic building blocks of system for central control, namely the control unit, communication system and centaralni server, as well as sensors, gauges and RF-ID identification system, including a system for uninterrupted power supply are described next, followed by the presentation of different types of adaptive interfaces. In the last part of the thesis, central control server, including central monitoring application for monitoring and control of system for central control, is described.
