Abstract
V diplomskem delu sem obravnavala razvoj kmečkega turizma v Poljanski dolini. V praktičnem delu diplomskega dela sem izvedla raziskavo o razvoju kmečkega turizma v Poljanski dolini.

Title:The development of farm tourism in the valley of Poljanska dolina
Abstract:
In the diploma thesis I dealt with the development of farm tourism in the valley of Poljanska dolina. The owners of farm tourism who participated in the interview helped me with the survey. In the theoretical part, I first introduced the policy of tourism development and its organization in Slovenia and the advantages and disadvantages of performing this activity. I presented the beginnings of tourism in the valley of Poljanska dolina and the whole of Slovenia and highlighted the conditions necessary for the start of the tourist activities. After that, I presented the Poljanska dolina and its tourist attractions, typical dishes and typical farmhouse of Poljanska dolina. In the practical part of the thesis, I conducted a survey on the development of farm tourism in Poljanska dolina. As a research method I used an interview, which I conducted in four touristic farms in Poljanska dolina. In each interview, the business operator participated. Thus I conducted four interviews, which I later broke down and gave findings. In the final part, on the basis of the responses, I found that farm tourism in Poljanska dolina is developing, in particular, the supply of food, outdoor activities and the number of accommodation are increasing. I found that, despite the fact that farm tourism requires the entire family on the farm, the family can not survive with only the income from tourism, but this activity can only be an additional source of income. Škofjeloško-cerkljanska farmhouse is typical for Poljanska dolina. These types of houses are on every tourist farm, and were renovated and the interior of the house was refurbished for guests' needs.
