Abstract
Laboratorijska peč je namenjena vsem vrstam toplotne obdelave kovinskih in nekovinskih materialov. Postavljena je lahko v laboratorij ali v prostorih, kjer se odvija proizvodnja. V diplomskem delu smo se s pomočjo praktičnega dela lotili meritev temperaturne razporeditve po delovnem prostoru peči. Za meritve smo uporabili dva tipa laboratorijskih peči slovenskega proizvajalca Bosio. Prva peč je bila TIP EUP-K 6/1200 in druga TIP EUP-K 20/1200. Merilne rezultate smo pridobili s pomočjo šestih kalibriranih termočlenov, ki smo jih razporedili po komori. Pri poizkusu smo uporabili en termočlen proizvajalca Isotech 14948/4, ki je neupogljiv in pet termočlenov proizvajalca Elpro, ki so upogljivi. Analizo smo opravili v obeh pečeh pri temperaturah 550 °C, 600 °C, 700 °C, 800 °C, 900 °C in 1000 °C. Pri peči TIP EUP-K 20/1200 smo opravili tudi horizontalne meritve pri temperaturah 500 °C, 800 °C in 1000 °C. Rezultati meritev so pokazali veliko odstopanje pri vratih in veliko homogenost. Glede na dobljene rezultate lahko vidimo, da je peč TIP EUP-K 20/1200 boljša, saj zagotavlja boljšo homogenost, vendar je zaradi njene velikosti komore slabša stabilnost.

Title:Measurement of homogeneity and stability in a muffle furnace
Abstract:
Laboratory furnace is designed for all types of heat treatment of metal and non-metallic materials. It can be set in a laboratory or in areas where production takes place. In this thesis we took measurements of the distribution temperature of the furnace’s working surface. For the measurements we used two types of laboratory furnaces from the Slovenian manufacturer Bosio. The first furnace was TIP EUP-K 6/1200 and the second TIP EUP-K 20/1200. Measurement results were obtained from six calibrated thermocouples, which were spread over the chamber. In the experiment, we used one thermocouple manufacturer Isotech 14948/4, which is stiff and five thermocouples manufacturer Elpro that are flexible. The analysis was performed on both furnaces at temperatures of 550 ° C, 600 ° C, 700 ° C, 800 ° C, 900 ° C and 1000 ° C. The furnace TYPE EUP-K 20/1200, we also made horizontal measurements at temperatures of 500 ° C, 800 ° C and 1000 ° C. The measurement results showed a large discrepancy at the door and a lot of homogeneity. According to the results we can see that the furnace TIP EUP-K 20/1200 is better because it provides better homogeneity, but due to its chamber size worse stability.
