The tesis describes the development and testing the prototype of electronic circuit, which is designed to upgrade existing bioimpedance device (BIA). The current design is based on usage of a microcontroller with integrated AD/DA converters, while the upgrade include the use of faster and more accurate AD/DA converters.
Printed circuit board (PCB) was designed in Altium Designer software package and connected with mbed NXP LPC1768 development board. Serial communication between integrated circuits and microcontroller was designed in C++ compiler, which is online and intended to programming development board. Then I prepared a test circuit and tested the functionality of the final product.
The thesis describes structure, operation and configuration of used integrated circuits and realisation of software. There are also measurement results, which I have done on the test circuit.
