The main object of the study of this thesis is information-communication technology (ICT) in physical education. The essence of the study is how well teachers preform teaching in comparison with curriculum, what is the knowledge and usage of information-communication technology which can be used in physical education and what is their opinion about computer games in physical education.
In this study, we used quantitative research approach. The method used is descriptive research. The study included teachers of primary school and physical education. Data collecting technique is survey.
The variables of the survey were entered into Microsoft Excel and analysed using the program SPPS. The following statistical methods were used for the analysis: frequency, percentage distribution, Pearson Chi-Square and Likelihood Ratio.
The results show weak knowledge and usage of ICT in physical education. The weakest knowledge of ICT among teachers is computer games and exergames. It turns out that teachers would like additional education in ICT in physical education.
