Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili večkriterijski model dveh možnosti, ki rešujeta težavo slabega stanja Zadružnega doma Ig. Prva možnost, ki smo jo predlagali, je celovita prenovitev predvidenega objekta, kot drugo možnost smo obravnavali nadomestno gradnjo podobnega objekta. Za obe možnosti smo poleg stroška del v večkriterijskem modelu upoštevali tudi trajanje del in uporabnost obeh možnosti. V zaključku naloge smo predlagali možnost, ki je najugodnejša.

Title:
Key considerations in building new versus renovation of cooperative building Ig (Zadružni dom Ig)
Abstract:
In this diploma paper we present a multi-criteria method of two possibilities how to deal with a bad shape of the cooperative building in Ig (Zadružni dom Ig). As the first possible solution we suggest a full restoration of the building and as the second we consider a total substitute construction of the building. For both approaches mentioned above we have taken into consideration besides working costs also the duration of reconstruction and the functionality of both possibilities. In the closure of the paper we recommend the possibility that is most favourable.
