Abstract

The thesis presented legislation regarding the legalization of illegal constructed buildings in the Republic of Croatia and the whole legalization procedure. Presented are preliminary surveying works, measurement methods and detailed study for the legalization of illegally constructed buildings called geodetic plan of the actual state of illegally constructed building.
