Spreminjanje namenske rabe prostora s primerjavo podatkov občinskih prostorskih aktov na primeru občin Šenčur in Vodice : diplomska naloga

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni zakonodaja in prostorski akti občine Šenčur in občine Vodice iz različnih časovnih obdobij, s pričetkom leta 1984 do danes. Skozi diplomsko nalogo smo ugotavljali spremembe osnovne in podrobne namenske rabe prostora za občini Šenčur in Vodice. Primerjali smo prostorske sestavine dolgoročnih družbenih planov občin (PS SDPO) in občinskih prostorskih načrtov (OPN). Analizo osnovne namenske rabe smo izdelali za celotno območje občin Šenčur in Vodice, podrobno namensko rabo pa smo izdelali le za območji naselij Šenčur in Vodice. Analiza in urejanje podatkov je potekala v programskem orodju ArcGIS 10.2. Površine podrobne namenske rabe prostora za naselji smo preračunali na število prebivalcev v naselju. Vse rezultate smo podali v preglednicah in kartah. Pri obeh občinah se je delež stavbnih zemljišč povečal predvsem na račun kmetijskih zemljišč.

• Title: Comparison of Landuse in the Municipalities of Šenčur and Vodice based on municipal spatial acts

Abstract

In my diploma thesis are presented legislation and Landscape plans of municipality of Šenčur and municipality of Vodice begining with year 1984 until today. Through the thesis we were identifying the changes of basic land use and detailed land use for municipalities of Šenčur and Vodice. We were comparing Landscape components of long-term social plans of the municipalities (PS SDPO) and municipal spatial plans (OPN). Analysis of basic land use was made for the complete area of the municipalities of Šenčur and Vodice, detailed land use was made only for the settlements of Šenčur and Vodice. Analysis and data processing was made in program ArcGIS 10.2. The area of detailed land use for the settlements was converted to the number of residents in a settlement. All results are given in figures and maps. In both municipalities is the share of residential areas increased at the cost agricultural land.
