Abstract
Namen dane diplomske naloge je na izbranem območju aerofotografiranja (fotogrametričnega bloka številka 9, iz pogodbe cikličnega aerofotografiranja Slovenije iz leta 2012) preveriti kakovost oslonilnih točk v novem koordinatnem sistemu D96/TM, ki so jih proizvajalci aerosnemanja uporabili v projektu aerotriangulacije. Iz evidence oslonilnih točk, ki jo vodi Geodetska uprava RS, smo izbrali tri talne in tri nedostopne točke, katerim smo preverili kakovost položaja. Izbor oslonilnih točk je potekal glede na največja odstopanja, ki smo jih dosegli po transformaciji iz koordinatnega sistema D48/GK v koordinatni sistem D96/TM. Rezultati so pokazali,da so ta največja na območju Trebnjega, ostale oslonilne točke pa smo si izbrali vzdolž poti med Ljubljano in Trebnjem. Terensko izmero za talne točke smo izvedli s pomočjo kinematične izmere v realnem času, za nedostopne točke pa s pomočjo kombinacije GNSS in klasične metode izmere. Sledila je primerjava položajev oslonilnih točk, pridobljenih s terensko izmero, in tistimi, ki jih hranijo v evidenci na Geodetski upravi RS. Na podlagi rezultatov smo komentirali kakovost oslonilnih točk in v zaključku naloge podali bistvene izsledke in ugotovitve naloge. Diplomska naloga je nastala kot opozorilo, da brez kakovostnih vhodnih podatkov izdelava visokokakovostnih končnih izdelkov ni mogoča.

Title:Quality assessment of selected ground control points of the project CAS 2012-2014
Abstract:
The purpose of this graduation thesis, placed in a selected area aerial photography (photogrammetric block number 9, of the treaty of cyclic aerial photography of Slovenia in 2012), is to check the quality of ground control points in the new coordinate system D96/TM by manufacturers of aerial surveys used in the project aerial triangulation. From the records of ground points, led by the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia, we have selected three ground and three inaccessible points, which we checked quality. The selection of ground control points was held in relation to the maximum tolerance that was achieved after transformation from D48/GK coordinate system to D96/TM coordinate system. The results showed that they are the largest in the area Trebnje, while other ground control points we chose along between Ljubljana and Trebnje. Field measurement of ground points was performed using the real time kinematic (RTK), while for inaccessible points we used combination of GNSS and traditional terrestrial measurements. Then we compare coordinate obtained by measurement and those that are kept on record at the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia. Based on the results, we commented on the appropriateness of ground control points and in the completion of the task made the main findings and conclusions of the task. The graduation thesis has arisen as a reminder that without quality input data production of the high– quality finished products is not possible.
