The main goal of this thesis is to prepare and present the activities for primary school children on introduction to computer architecture with Raspberry Pi.
Theoretical part of the work presents von Neumann architecture, Raspberry Pi and Kano computer kit. While presenting Raspberry Pi and Kano, we also tried to justify the use of such devices in classrooms.
In second chapter, we analyzed curricula of Slovenia, Estonia, United states of America and United kingdom in order to give insight into teaching the selected topic in these countries compared to Slovenia. At the same time, this was the basis for designing learning goals and activities.
In empirical part of the work we conducted a research in which we asked primary school computer science teachers about their opinion on selected teaching accessories, learning goals and the advisability of including topics about computer architecture in the primary school curriculum.
