Abstract
Zaradi deregulacije trga z električno energijo in posledično zahtevanega naraščanja stopnje izrabe prenosnih kapacitet v prenosnem omrežju se pri sistemskih operaterjih prenosnega omrežja pojavlja potreba po uvedbi novih strategij gospodarjenja s sredstvi (ang. Asset Management, AM). Primarni cilj teh strategij je izboljšanje zagotavljanja učinkovitosti in zanesljivosti prenosnega sistema. V diplomskem delu kot ključni del strategije gospodarjenja ali upravljanja s sredstvi predlagamo za energetski transformator vpeljavo indeksa stanja naprave (ang. Asset Health Index, AHI). AHI uporabljamo pri oceni preostale življenjske dobe naprave in pri postavitvah prioritet za njeno vzdrževanje. Izračunamo ga na podlagi kvantiziranih rezultatov opazovanj, terenskih meritev in laboratorijskih analiz. AHI v širšem konceptu procesa upravljanja s sredstvi ima vlogo usmerjanja k proaktivnemu in napovedljivemu vzdrževanju, AHI omogoča bolj učinkovito vodenje zaposlenih in bistveno prispeva k zmanjševanju stroškov podjetja. Metodologija izračuna AHI temelji na iterativni adaptivni uporabi AHI v času in predstavlja elastično vez z zanesljivostno orientiranim vzdrževanjem imenovanim RCM analiza.

Title:Introduction of the Asset Health Index for the energy transformer
Abstract:
Due to the deregulation of the electricity market leading to an increasing level of the utilisation of power transmission capacities, the power transmission company ELES as a transmission system operator is facing the need to implement new strategies within the area of Asset Management. The company's primary goal is to achieve improvements in efficiency and system reliability. In order to achieve these goals this thesis proposes the implementation of the Asset Health Index (AHI) as the key part in the Asset Management process for the power transformer. AHI is used to predict the future condition of an asset to set maintenance priorities. It is calculated using quantitative data gained through observations, field inspections and data from laboratories. The key part of the AHI within the wider concept of Asset Management processes lies in the proactive and predictable maintenance and enables employees to be guided more effectively. The proposed method will bring significant improvement and will help the company reduce costs. The AHI calculation methodology is based on the adaptive use of iterative AHI evaluations and presents a building block to the implementation of the Reliability-Centred Maintenance strategy (RCM).
