Abstract
V podjetju Lek d.d. se proizvajajo kapsule in tablete od same proizvodnje surovin do končnega produkta. Že med samo izdelavo pelet, kakor tudi med menjavo serij, je potrebno nekatere visokotehnološke naprave večkrat oprati. To čistost lahko dosežemo ročno, če pa so naprave večje in mora biti čistost naprave visoka, se uporabijo za pranje naprav za to namenjeni sistemi za pranje objektov WIP. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen proces pranja na sistemih za pranje objektov WIP. Pranje naprav preko sistema WIP zahteva nekaj časa, izvaja pa se v petih korakih. Za tem je izpostavljen ta problem predolgega trajanja pranja, na katerega se nanaša moje diplomsko delo. Moj glavni cilj je bil, da skrajšam proces pranja brez kakršnih koli dograjevanj elementov in menjave le-teh, saj je bil pogoj podjetja Lek d.d., da naj uvedem rešitev brez dodatnih finančnih stroškov. Rešitev je bilo potrebno izpeljati programsko, poleg tega pa je bilo potrebno pridobiti veliko drugega znanja o napravah (ki se perejo), procesu itd. Vpeljana rešitev je pri pranju prihranila od 15 do 30 minut časa, pranje objektov pa je še vedno ostalo ustrezno. Izdelana rešitev ni za podjetje predstavljala nobenih dodatnih stroškov.

Title:Improvement of automated washing system operation
Abstract:
In the Lek d.d. company tablet pills and capsules are produced from the manufacture of raw materials, to the final product. Throughout the production of pellets, as well as during the changes of series, it is necessary to wash high-tech devices repeatedly. The cleanliness can be achieved manually, but if the devices are larger and the high cleanliness of the device is required, different methods, such as WIP washing systems facilities are used. In my thesis, I will present the washing process of WIP washing systems facilities. WIP washing requires a certain amount of time as it is carried out in five stages. The timing problem, which is the focus of my thesis, required an analysis of steps in practice and via reports. Its result is a design for an improvement of the software code of the washing device. My goal was to shorten the time of the washing process without any upgrading of the pre-existing elements or changing them. Lek d.d. agreed to collaborate in my research under the condition that I introduce a solution without any additional financial costs. The solution had to be carried out via programming software. It was also necessary to obtain a lot of other information about the washing devices, processes, etc. Made solution has saved 15 to 30 minutes during washing process and cleanliness has stayed good enough for production conditions. The final solution did not introduce any addition financial expenses for the company.
