Abstract
Diplomsko delo opisuje razvoj analognega vezja za simulacijo IU karakteristike sončne celice. Predstavljeni so postopki od začetnega načrtovanja vezja, izvajanja simulacij ter do izdelave končne verzije tiskanega vezja in njenega testiranja. Izdelava simulatorja je potekala v dveh fazah. V prvi fazi smo shemo vezja narisali na računalniku v programskem okolju za simulacijo analognih vezij LTspice, kjer smo nato opazovali kako naj bi vezje delovalo v dejanskih razmerah. Ko je bil odziv vezja ustrezen pričakovanim ciljem, je sledila fizična izdelava tiskanega vezja. V zadnji fazi je sledila sestava vezja s komponentami in testiranje. V zaključku smo izvedli primerjavo med izhodnima karakteristikama simuliranega vezja ter izdelanega prototipa.

Title:Analogue simulator of IV characteristics of PV module
Abstract:
This thesis describes the development of analog electonic circuit which simulate the UI characteristics of solar cells. Procedures from the initial circuit design, simulation of circuit operation, manufacturing the final version of the printed circuit board and its testing have been presented. Manufacture of simulator has been performed in two stages. In the first step we have drawn a schematic on computer simulation environment named LTspice where the circuit operation has been simulated and observed in real conditions. Manufacture of printed circuit board has followed after the response of circuit meet the initial objectives. In the last step circuit board has been assembled with electric components and tests have been performed. In conclusion the results of comparison between the output characteristics of the simulated circuit and a prototype circuit board have been made.
