Abstract
Posledica uporabe gladilnih kondenzatorjev z veliko kapacitivnostjo v enosmernem vmesnem tokokrogu močnostnega pretvornika je omrežni tok izrazito nesinusne oblike. Ta »onesnažuje« distribucijsko omrežje z višjimi harmonskimi komponentami. Zato je v magistrski nalogi opisan eden izmed preprostejših načinov, s katerim izboljšamo učinkovitost pretvorbe električne energije. Delo temelji na zmanjšanju kapacitivnosti enosmernega vmesnega tokokroga. Najmanjšo ustrezno kapacitivnost sem določil z meritvami, pri katerih sem opazoval učinkovitost pretvorbe. V vlogi vhodnega pretvornika je uporabljen diodni usmernik, ki s kondenzatorji gladi enosmerno napetost vmesnega tokokroga. Iz teh se napaja izhodni pretvornik-t.j. H-mostič, ki je krmiljen preko nadzornega vezja. Merjenje napetosti enosmernega vmesnega tokokroga je izvedeno z detektorjem vršne vrednosti, pri katerem sem dodal uporovni delilnik za prilagoditev napetostnih nivojev.

Title:Power converter of brushless motor with foil capacitor in DC link
Abstract:
Highly non-sinusoidal power distribution network currents are result of usage DC-link capacitors with high capacitance. This generates a lot of line current harmonics. The focus of this paper is on a simple and a cheap way to improve electrical energy conversion effectiveness. The main emphasis is on capacitance reduction in DC-link capacitors. Smaller relevant capacitance based on measurement with respect to conversion effectiveness. The circuit input stage employs a diode rectifier, to provide DC voltage on DC-link capacitors. Second stage are DC-link capacitors, which smooth the DC voltage. They provide energy for output converter which is H-bridge, controlled by control unit. Voltage measurements on DC-link capacitors is realized with modified peak detector circuit. Voltage divider for the voltage adjustment is also included.
