Abstract
Zmanjšujejo agresivnost do sebe in drugih, izboljšajo medosebno komunikacijo in odnose. Po masažah so ljudje umirjeni, sproščeni in zadovoljni.

Title:Massages for children in preschool period
Abstract:
Children, that were participating in the practical part of my thesis, are two to four years old. This was a group of children of different age, consequently making the massages I was implementing more interesting. Different areas came together with the implementation of the activity. With giving a massage my goal was to relax the children and help them share their feelings. The outcome of that was better communication in the group and less aggression present. Before massaging, the children encountered this section of dance education only occasionally. The part of the thesis, I set myself the activities so that the children will be performed two to three times a week. I offered them massages that are already known, and some, that were my idea. After having performed massages for an extended period of time, I wanted to see the children's reaction and motivation level. In a couple of months it was easier to evaluate how to bring massages closer to children. I discovered that quality comes from time, adaptation and emotional attachment between the group and myself. In theoretical part, I present different views of theorists. All agree the massages help to cope with stress people irrespective of their age. It reduces aggression towards oneself and others, improve interpersonal communication and relationships. After the massage, people are calm, relaxed and happy. Their creativity in solving various tasks and creating in various fields in largely increasd. The same is true for children. In the practical part, I described twenty-five planned activities. Massages were implemented for a period of six months. Each massage was given twice. Preparations include: the course of activity, introduction of the group, description of a repeated massage procedure, goals, fields, methods and evaluation of every massage. I confirmed that massages largely improve relations between children, reduce aggression. After the massage, children are more creative collected and participated in the following activities.
