Ergonomske značilnosti traktorjev za spravilo lesa

Študija ugotavlja obremenitve delavcev z ropotom in vibracijami pri mehanič­nem spravi Ju 1-esa. Delovne razmere in časovno strukturo pri obsežnih snemanJ ih ropota in vibracij traktorjev primerja z obsegom in načinom mehaniziranega spravila v Sloveniji. Ugotovljeni ropot v mirovanju in obremenitev traktorista z njim presega z mednarodnim standardom dovoljene meje pri traktorju kolesniku IMT, pri goseničarju FIAT in zlasti močno pri zgibniku Timberjack. Proučene. so predvsem vertikalne vibracije na sedežu traktorjev. Največje so obremenitve traktorista z njimi pri spravilu lesa z goseničarjem. Celovita proučitev ergonomskih značilnosti treh traktorjev pokaže, da je zgibnik najbolj, goseničar pa najmanj prilagojen delavcu.

• Title: Ergonomic properties of skidding tractors

Abstract

The authors analyze the impact caused by noise and vibrations, experienced by workers at the mechanized wood skidding. Working conditions and time structure stated by means of extensive noise and vibration measurements are compared with the amount and kinds of skidding in Slovenia. The noise of tractors and the impact on the workers caused by it surpasses, in the cases of the caterpillar tractor FIAT, of the universal tractor IMT 558, and especially of the Timberjack the ISO standards. A speciaI emphasis is given to the research of vert i ca 1 seat vibrations occurring at tractor skidding. The highest vibration impact has been stated for the caterpillar tractor FIAT, The general investigation of all ergonomic properties proves the best suitability of the Timberjack and the worsest one of the caterpillar tractor.
