Abstract
Članek obravnava sukcesijo in interakcijo med tremi glivami, povzročiteljicami piravosti, pahljačico (Schizophyllum commune), škrlatnordečo slojevko (Chondrostereum purpureum) in ogljeno kroglico (Hypoxylon fragiforme). Vzorce bukovega lesa smo izpostavili dvema in trem glivam v različnem časovnem zaporedju.

Abstract:
The article deals with the succession and interaction of three fungi which most frequently cause white rot on beech wood: Schizophy/lum commune, Chondrostereum purpureum and Hypoxy/on fragiforme. The loss of weight was measured after the test specimens had been exposed to different combinations of the fungi for one, two and three months. The results of the tests have shown that the greatest decay was caused by Hypoxy/on fragiforme regardless of the number and the strain of the fungi that followed. The most particular interaction occurred between Hypoxylon fragiforme and Schizophyllum commune and appeared as unequal wood decay. In the interaction between Hypoxylon fragiforme and Chondrostereum purpureum the medium and the wood were coloured turquoise blue.
