Abstract
Delo obravnava nekatere populacijskogenetske značilnosti jelke (Abies alba Mill.) v Sloveniji. Z analizo 10 encimskih sistemov in 16 izoencimskih lokusov so ocenjene genetska struktura, genetska raznolikost in genetska diferenciranost osmih slovenskih jelovih populacij. Na osnovi teh značilnosti avtorja jelove populacije v Sloveniji primerjata s tistimi iz nekaterih drugih delov Evrope. Preskušeni sta hipotezi o vplivu geografske dolžine in o vplivu geografske dolžine in o vplivu reakcije tal na genetsko strukturo jelovih populacij v Sloveniji.

Title:Some genetic properties of silver fir (Abies alba Mill.) in Slovenia
Abstract:
This paper adresses selected genetic properties of silver fir (Abies alba Mili.) populations in Slovenia. Using analyses of 10 enzyme systems and 16 isozyme gene loci, genetic structure, genetic diversity and genetic differentiation of 8 Slovene silver fir populations were estimated. On the basis of these characteristics, Slovene fir populations are compared to silver fir populations from other parts of Europe. Hypotheses tested were the effects of longitude and soil reaction on the genetic structure of silver fir populations in Slovenia.
