Abstract
Iz rovnih sistemov hrastovega strženarja Platypus cylindrus Fabr. (Coleoptera, Platypodidae) in malega črnega lesarja Xy/eborus monographus Fabr. (Coleoptera, Scolytidae) v hrastovi hlodovini (Quercus sp.) smo v laboratorijskih pogojih zaporedno izolirali različne vrste mikroorganizmov. V rovih hrastovega strženarja smo odkrili glive Raffaelea ambrosiae, Ophiostoma piceae, O. piliferum, Ophiostoma sp. (anamori Hyalorhinoc/adiella), Hormonema dematioides, Ascoidea sp., Pichia sp., Trichoderma sp., Penici/lium sp., Coniophora sp. in bakterije. Glive, ki smo jih izolirali iz rovov malega črnega lesarja, so bile Ophiostoma piceae, Ophiostoma sp., Scedosporium? sp., Pichia sp., Trichoderma sp., Penicillium sp., Coniophora sp. in bakterije. Vrstna raznolikost gliv in pojavljanje v določenih časovnih obdobjih v rovnih sistemih opredeljujejo njihovo vlogo in pomen pri različnih razvojnih stadijih ambrozija hroščev.

Title:Successive appearance of fungi in the tunnels of the ambrosia beetles in oak wood (Quercus sp.)
Abstract:
From the tunnels of oak pinhole borer Platypus cylindrus Fabr. (Coleoptera, Platypodidae) and ambrosia beetle Xyleborus monographus Fabr. (Coleoptera, Scolytidae) in oak wood the different species of microorganisms in laboratory conditions were successively isolated. In the galleries of P. cylindrus the following fungi were found Raffaelea ambrosiae, Ophiostoma piceae, O. piliferum, Ophiostoma sp. (anamorph Hyalorhinocladie/la), Hormonema dematioides, Ascoidea sp., Pichia sp., Trichoderma sp., Penicillium sp., Coniophora sp. and bacteria. Fungi species grown in tunnels of X. monographus were Ophiostoma piceae, Ophiostoma sp., Scedosporium? sp., Pichia sp., Trichoderma sp., Penicillium sp., Coniophora sp. and bacteria. Different species of fungi and their successive appearance in the galleries determine their role and importance tor the development of ambrosia beetles.

Keywords:ambrosia beetles, oak pinhole borer (Platypus cylindrus Fabr.), ambrosia beetle Xyleborus monographus Fabr., oak (Quercus sp.), symbiotic fungi, fungal succession, isolation of fungi
