Leading is a process which is going on by phases, it’s goal is solving problems. Numerous writings are
talking about methods and styles of leading, based on behaviour science theory with intention to
recognize efficient leading styles. Contemporary american knowledge warns that leading will be more
effective if it’s based on confidence and respect, if leader would form creative leading teams, if he would acquire members, if he would based leading on culture, ethic and morality, if he would form style of behaviour which is acceptable to people, is fair, useful and polite. The Japanese are also emphasized that is necessary to work on only on those phases, which raises the value and to ommit the control which is not strictly necessary. This is also possible only by confidence and respect of collaborators. In the article are described behaviour theories, styles of leading and properties of leaders, leading process, process of leading by confidence and respect, rules of that leading and also the model of self convinction for a leading with intention to change our leading behaviour.
