Vloga rastnih regulatorjev pri razmnoževanju zelenih potaknjencev pri rodovih Acer in Rhododendron

Vloga dodatka avksina potaknjencem pred potikom je pogosto predmet različnih debat. Pri potaknjencih sleča nismo opazili pomembne izboljšave deleža koreninjenja (brez statističnih razlik), če smo potaknjencem pred potikom dodali avksin, se je pa ob dodatku avksina povečal delež potaknjencev s kakovostnejšim koreninskim sistemom (iz 32,7 % na 41,6 oz. 42,2 %). Pri ostrolistnem javorju je dodatek dveh različnih avksinskih pripravkov (Neokor Iter BF) statistično značilno izboljšal rezultat koreninjenja (37,5 % in 33,8 %), glede števila glavnih korenin ter dolžine koreninskega šopa pa nismo opazili razlik med proučevanimi avksinskimi pripravki.

Abstract

The effect of exogene auxin application to the cuttings before inserting in the substrate has been often discussed. Rhododendron cuttings achieved the same rooting when the auxin was added as when it was not; but the quality of the rooting system was improved when auxin was added (from 32.7 % to 41.6 or 42.2 %). Maple cuttings rooted statistically better (37.5 % and 33.8 %) in thecase of two different auxin products ("Neokor I" and "BF"). There were no differences in the number of main roots and in the length of the root bush among the different auxin products.
