Geopolitics is the state-constututing science in the sense of the geography ofthe Master. Through projects of space technology of power, states compete for life space. Up to the beginning of the new age in international relations,geopolitics is being practiced, above all, as military geopolitics. Only in the last decade is geoeconomics being developed and geopolitics of distance, rivalry and exclusivity is being replaced by chronopolitics of flows, nearness, cooperation and equivalence. Slovenia can reach its political, economical and military security by developing its own crono-strategy: by installation into the position of entrance and switch point for EU into the network of South-East Europe - and vice versa. For Slovenia, as a geopolitically small state, the constituation of sovereignity in the cyber-space as a foundation for Slovenian megacity hiperspace, is of key importance.
