Abstract
Izdelali smo poceni in enostavno stiskalnico manjše kapacitete za stiskanje peletov. Bila je poenostavljena, brez sistema za polnjenje, brez zalogovnika in noža za lomljenje peletov na standardno dolžino. Peleti so bili izdelani iz žagovine in skoblancev smrekovine. Izdelanim peletom smo izmerili prostorninsko maso, nasipno prostorninsko maso, obstojnost in vlažnost. Prostorninska masa je bila nad 1000 kg/m3, nasipna prostorninska masa pa 630 kg/m3. Obstojnost izdelanih peletov je bila slabša kot pri komercialnih. Izdelani peleti so imeli nižjo vlažnost kot surovina, iz katere smo jih izdelali.

Title:Design, construction and analysis of a simple extrusion hydraulic pellet press : graduation thesis - university studies
Abstract:
We constructed a cheap and simple, experimental pellet press of small capacity. It was simplyfield, made without a filling system, silo for raw material and cutting device for cutting the length of pellets. Pellets were made from spruce sawdust and planer shawings. Water and oil were added to the raw material. Density, bulk density, durability and mousture content of the manufactured pellets were measured. Density was above 1000 kg/m3, and bulk density 630 kg/m3. Durability of the manufactured pallets was lower than that of the tested commercial ones. The manufactured pellets had lower moisture content than the raw material used.
