Razvoj okenskega profila : diplomsko delo - visokošolski strokovni študij

Na trg želimo ponuditi novo linijo lesenih oken, primerno za vgrajevanje v objekte s povečano obremenitvijo fasadnih elementov. Razvili smo novo linijo oken, ki je iz zunanje strani v celoti izdelana iz stekla in ALU pločevine (minimalno), v notranjosti pa lesena. Okno naj bi imelo v funkcionalnem in izolativnem pogledu vsaj enake lastnosti kot klasično leseno, v trajnostnem smislu pa naj bi ga presegalo. Raziskovali smo oprijemnost lepil na les in steklo; lepilo za lepljenje stekla na les je namreč eden ključnih elementov proizvodnje tovrstnih oken.

Abstract

We wish to offer a new line of wooden windows to the market, suitable for installation into facilities with an increased load to facade elements. We tried to develop a new line of windows, entirely made of glass and aluminium plates from the outside and wood inside. The window should have at least the same characteristics as the classic wooden window as regards its functionality and isolation, or even better to exceed it. Thesis researches the adhesion of glues on wood and glass; adhesives to glue glass onto wood are one of the key elements in the production of such windows.
