Modern geodesy has undergone intensive development in the field of terrestrial laser scanning. If one wants to perform any research in this field, a basis is required. This diploma thesis attempts to measure and determine the coordinates of points comprising such a basis. Our main objective was to determine the coordinates of standing (measurement) points and targets. Local coordinates were calculated. Observations were performed using a highly accurate electronic tachymeter and directions were observed in three gyri. This was followed by a compensation and determination of the coordinates and their accuracy.
