Postopek vpisa stavbe v kataster stavb po ZVEtL : diplomska naloga

Diplomska naloga obravnava teoretični in praktični primer vpisa stavbe v kataster stavb. Opisan je postopek zajema podatkov stavbe v katastru stavb z vsemi upravnimi postopki in tehničnim delom elaborata. Podrobno so opisani vsi sestavni deli elaborata. Zaključni del naloge prikazuje praktični primer vpisa stavbe in delov stavbe v kataster stavbe, ko je bila stavba prvič vpisana po zakonu in njena vzpostavitev v nepravdnem postopku na predlog pridobitelja posameznega dela stavbe in o določanju pripadajočega zemljišča k stavbi ( ZVEtL).

Abstract

Graduation thesis deals with a theoretical and practical example of the registration of the building in to the building cadastre. Registration of building and part of buildings in to the building cadastre together with the administrative procedure is described. Technical part with preparation of the surveyor's detailed report, which includes the collection of data, is presented. The final part of the thesis shows a practical example of the inscription of the building and parts of building when the building was first recorded in non-litigious procedure according by Act on the Acquisition of the Strata Title of a Part of a Building on the Proposal of the Owner and on Determining the Land Belonging Thereto (ZVEtL).
