In this graduation thesis we present geodetic networks Navezava, Plaz in Vrtine, that are established to control the stability of the tailings disposal facility Boršt at the uranium mine Žirovski vrh. The main reason for the beginning of geodetic observations is the dumped material at this resort which presents potencial danger for the people and the environment in the surrounding area. The biggest threat of disposal stability presents landslide, that was triggered in 1990 due to a large amount of precipitations. From the beginning of measurements in 1988 to 2011, a rather comprehensive amount of analog and digital information and measurement data was gathered. The graduation thesis presents a section of geodetic actions that were taken here. We describe the properties of all three networks, their changes through the whole research process, and the instruments that were used to implement the measurements. We also present the basic theory that was used for calculation of each observation series and displacements between series. The main emphasis was on the sistematic presentation of acquired results in the network Plaz. We found out that previous geodetic actions in this resort were executed profesionally.
