Abstract
Namen raziskav v diplomskem delu je bil določiti reološke lastnosti in obdelavnost svežega samozgoščevalnega betona, pri katerem smo stabilnost zagotavljali s kombinacijo kemijskega stabilizatorja in apnenčeve moke. Raziskana sta bila reološka parametra, plastična viskoznost in strižna napetost na meji tečenja, ter parameter obdelavnosti, razlez s posedom. Reološki parametri so se začeli raziskovati šele v zadnjem času, potem ko se je z novimi metodami ugotovilo, da je beton pravzaprav Binghamova tekočina. Sprojektirano je bilo večje število betonskih mešanic, katere so se razlikovale v količini vsebovane apnenčeve moke in kemijskega stabilizatorja. Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov smo poskušali ugotoviti ali stabilizator vpliva na obnašanje sveže betonske mešanice. Sprojektirali smo tudi enako število betonu ekvivalentnih mešanic malt in primerjali dobljene rezultate z rezultati betonskih mešanic. Za določitev viskoznosti in strižne napetosti na meji tečenja je bil uporabljen reometer ConTec Viscometer 5. Za določitev obdelavnosti pa metoda razleza s posedom.

Title:Testing of rheological properties of fresh concrete at different ratios of limestone powder and chemical stabilizer
Abstract:
The purpose of the graduation thesis was to determine the rheological properties and workability of fresh self-compacting concrete, in which stability was ensured through a combination of chemical stabilizer and limestone powder. Tested rheological parameters were plastic viscosity and yield shear stress, and workability parameter slump flow. Rheological parameters, plastic viscosity and yield shear stress have only recently started to be subject of research, after the new testing methods revealed that concrete is actually Bingham liquid. We designed numerous concrete mixtures, which differed in the amount of limestone powder and contained a chemical stabilizer. Based on the results obtained, we tried to determine whether the stabilizer influences the behaviour of fresh concrete. We also designed the same number of concrete equivalent mortar mixtures and compared the results with the results of concrete mixtures. To obtain the values of plastic viscosity and yield shear stress rheometer Contec Viscometer 5 was used. To determine the workability of fresh concrete the slump flow method was used.
