Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava geodetsko izmero fasade stavbe Fakultete za gradbeništvo in geodezijo. Opredeljen je pojem fasade in njene sanacije. Na kratko so opisani načini vizualne predstavitve 3D modela. V splošnem je predstavljen fotogrametrični in terestričnolaserski način izmere fasade stavbe. Podrobnejše je opisana polarna metoda izmere fasade stavbe s pomočjo tahimetra. Razložena je vzpostavitev osnovne geodetske mreže, ki služi kot koordinatna osnova za nadaljnjo detajlno izmero fasade stavbe. Prikazana je konkretna izvedba praktičnega primera na fasadi stavbe FGG, uporabljen instrumentarij in končni rezultati. Izračunana je tudi ocena natančnosti meritev. Izpeljan je postopek ocene natančnosti v smislu absolutne standardne elipse pogreškov. Na podlagi meritev je bil v omejenem obsegu v programu AutoCAD Civil3D 2014 izrisan 3D žični model fasade stavbe FGG.

Title:Geodetic evaluation of the building's facade
Abstract:
This graduation thesis discusses the geodetic evaluation of the facade on the Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering. In the thesis, the terms facade and restoration are defined. Options to visually represent 3D model are briefly described. Generally the photogrammetric and terrestrial laser surveying methods were used. The polar method at measuring the building's facade by using tachymeter is presented in more detailed way. The basic geodetic network was established and it serves as coordinate basis for detailed measurements of the facade. A practical example of measurement of the facade, along with used instrumentation and final results with evaluation are shown. An estimate of measurement accuracy is made, referring to standard absolute error ellipses. By implementing all the measurements to the AutoCAD Civil3D 2014 software, the 3D wire model of the facade was made.
