The goal of the diploma thesis is to devise and conduct a survey on the opinion of transport area users about safety in traffic, and to analyse their answers. Focus group is comprised of students of Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering. The goal of the diploma thesis is also to record the opinion of transport area users about traffic safety, then investigate the opinion, and propose possible solutions for improvement of traffic safety in the Republic of Slovenia. Transport area users submitted their opinion about the problems which represent the greatest threat to the traffic safety in Slovenia, and also proposed their solutions for improvement of traffic safety. In the end, various locations, divided into groups, are recorded, and possible solutions for some locations are predicted.
