Analiza uporabnosti podatkov registra nepremičnin za analize stanovanjskega fonda občine Krško : diplomska naloga

V diplomskem delu je raziskana uporabnost podatkov registra nepremičnin za potrebe analize stanovanjskega fonda na primeru izbrane lokalne skupnosti, in sicer občine Krško. V prvem delu je izvedena analiza atributnih podatkov registra nepremičnin. Opisane so značilnosti stanovanjskega fonda glede na vrsto stanovanjskih stavb, leto njihove izgradnje, vrsto materiala, iz katerega so stavbe zgrajene, ter etažnost stavb in izvedene prenove na stanovanjskih stavbah. Podatki registra nepremičnin so v drugem delu tudi grafično prikazani. Ugotovljeno je, da so v obravnavanem primeru podatki registra nepremičnin dovolj natančni za analizo in prikaz značilnosti stanovanjskega fonda izbrane lokalne skupnosti kot celote, pomanjkljivosti v podatkih obnov fasad, vrsti temeljenja ter ogrevanja, pa ne omogočajo uporabe za potrebe analize posameznih stanovanjskih stavb v občini Krško.

• Naslov: The usability of the Real Estate Register data for the analysis of the housing fund in the municipality of Krško

Izvleček

This thesis deals with the usability of the Real Estate Register for the analysis of the housing fund of selected local community – case study of the municipality of Krško. The first part deals with the analysis of the attribute data of Real Estate Register. The characteristics of the housing fund according to the type of residential buildings are described as well as the year of its construction and the type of material from which the buildings are constructed. The information on residential buildings renovations are presented as well. Furthermore, the cartographic representation of the analysis is carried out. It is noted that in the case of municipality of Krško the Real Estate Register data is sufficiently accurate for the analysis of the housing stock as a whole. However, deficiencies in the data regarding reconstruction of the façade, type of foundation of residential buildings and type of heating, do not allow the use of the Real Estate Register data for the analysis of individual residential building.
