Abstract
Stanje bo ocenjeno z dveh vidikov: zdravstveno-okoljskega in gradbeno-tehničnega. Metoda: Zdravstveno-okoljski vidik uporabljenih gradbenih proizvodov pred in po prenovi bo ocenjen na podlagi obširnega pregleda študij. Gradbeno-tehnični vidik pred in po prenovi bo ocenjen s programom TEDI, s katerim bom računal toplotno prehodnost, površinsko temperaturo na notranji strani konstrukcijskega sklopa, difuzijo vodne pare in toplotno stabilnost.

Title:Assessment of the adequacy of the selected sports and recreation facility
Abstract:
Problem: The graduation thesis deals with a sport and recreation facility – the University Sports Hall in Rožna dolina that was built in 1975 and it was renovated in 2010. The cotemporary legal matters about energetic efficiency of facilities and the quality of the interior environment differ from the ones valid at that time. Nowadays, facility planning and renovation is frequently directed into solving energy problems; consequently, the quality of training area is questionable. Reaching comfortable and healthy conditions is essential in sport and recreation facilities. Aim: The aim of the thesis is the analysis of conditions before and after the renovation of the University Sports Hall in Rožna dolina. The condition will be assessed from two points of view: health/environmental and constructional/technical. Method: Health/environmental point of view of the used construction materials before and after the renovation will be assessed on the basis of an extensive review of different studies. Constructional/technical point of view before and after the renovation will be assessed by the program TEDI which measures thermal conductivity, surface temperature of the interior part of the construction complex, water vapour diffusion and thermal stability. The calculated values will be compared to the legally required ones. According to the findings, measures and solutions for improvement of conditions in the University Sports Hall in Rožna dolina will be presented. Results: The used construction materials before renovation that have been preserved also after it, made from particle board and after the renovation from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), contain hazard substances which are proved to have a negative impact on people’s health and environment. Calculations of constructional/technical parameters have shown that thermal conductivity of the constructional complexes before and after the renovation do not reach the legal requirements. The surface temperature of the constructional complexes before and after the renovation is suitable. The calculation of water vapour diffusion before and after the renovation has shown that condensate does not appear in the constructional complexes. Only the exterior wall reaches the suitable thermal stability before and after the renovation; the thermal lag of all the rest of the construction complexes before and after the renovation is too low. Conclusion: A plan of constructional complexes has to reach all legal requirements which refer to health, environment protection, and constructional/technical point of view. Construction materials which are proved to have a negative impact on the health and environment should not be installed into facilities. As a solution, the whole renovation of the University Sports Hall in Rožna dolina should be performed.
