Uporabnost podatkov registra nepremičnin za analizo stanovanjskega fonda na primeru Mestne občine Koper ter občine Ankaran : diplomska naloga

V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali uporabnost podatkov registra nepremičnin za potrebe analize stanovanjskega sklada Mestne občine Koper ter Občine Ankaran. Izvedli smo analizo atributnih podatkov registra nepremičnin. Analizirali smo značilnosti stanovanjskega sklada glede na vrsto stanovanjskih stavb, število stanovanj v stavbah, material, iz katerega so stavbe zgrajene, leto njihove izgradnje, etažnost stavb in glede na izvedene prenove stanovanjskih stavb. Analizirane podatke smo tudi grafično prikazali. Ugotovili smo, da so v obravnavanem primeru podatki registra nepremičnin primerni za analizo in prikaz značilnosti stanovanjskega sklada izbrane občine kot celote , vendar z določenimi pomanjkljivostmi, na katere smo v nalogi opozorili in so lahko osnova za njihovo izboljšanje.

• Title: Applicability of the Real estate register data for the analysis of the existing housing stock within municipalities of Koper and Ankaran

Abstract

The thesis deals with the usefulness of the Real estate register data for the analysis of the existing housing fund within selected municipalities of Koper and Ankaran. The first part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the attribute data within the Real estate register. Characteristics of the housing stock according to the type of residential buildings are analysed as well as the number of residential buildings, material from which the buildings are constructed, the year of their construction and the data regarding their renovation. Characteristics of the housing fund are also presented on various maps. Findings suggest that the Real estate register data can be used to analyse the housing fund within municipalities of Koper and Ankaran, but with limitations on the applicability of the data regarding heating and roof/façade renovations.
