The thesis presents operating the system of steering and future improved system electronic devices in motorhomes through smartphones. Company Adria Mobil still develops the application for steering the system of electronic devices, also at the same time possibilities of using smartphone is still in development. One possible way can be using the sensors of smartphone in presented case.
Further is presented the prototype of automatic system for automatic leveling system of motorhome while using sent data from accelerometer of smartphone. By connecting wireless communication of smartphone and central processing unit can be through 3D accelerometer transmitted the slope of the motorhome. Static component of acceleration detects the slope of motor home. The processing unit processes transmitted data and steers power electronics, which provides bi-directional rotation of DC motors with a high torque characteristic.
In received data was detected noise and peace voltage of accelerometer. The noise of signals disappeared by averaging and the present peace voltage were corrected by offset voltage. Similar problem appeared in current feedback connection. Analogue exits of current sensors transmitted laud noise signals. Due to the large mass in the return response to mechanical excitation the system is very slow, so it was needed to use the averaging sieve in this case also. Because of present noise current sensors and accelerometer noise, came to the wrong offsets. Leveling with the raw data, we realized with a minimum tolerance 6.12 cm in length of two meters. After data processing error was reduced to only 1 cm in length of two meters. The results of leveling are now set in limits (+/- 0.5 cm / m).
Because of the risk of incorrect setting of smart phone prototype was described as experimental, and will serve to demonstrate the leveling motorhome on fairs. Improper setting of smartphone can cause uncontrolled balancing motor home. For serial production will require the installation of an integrated circuit with accelerometer in a fixed position.
Smartphones and applications are increasingly on the rise. The system for balancing the motor home will help further the visibility of Adria products and will serve as an attraction at fairs. The smart phone will for future systems steering devices of motor home assume the role of an alternative operator terminal in conjunction with the renewed central unit.
