The thesis deals with the measurement functionality of electrical products for food preparation. At the beginning of the thesis it is presented a definition of functionality kinds of electric mixers, mixers history and energy efficiency. Presented is also a description of the standard of their requirements, terms and conditions and definitions of various testing procedures. Then followed a detailed description of the tests, at the beginning we presented what we need of measuring equipment and the implementation of the procedure itself. This is followed by the results of four different tests, and his conclusion if they are both of the mixer reached its functionality.
