Abstract
Diplomska naloga obravnava prehod dela gorenjskega elektroenergetskega sistema v otočno obratovanje in nadaljnje obratovanje v tem režimu. Opisana je problematika otočnega obratovanja z prednostmi in slabostmi, ter glavne razlike z obratovanjem v interkonekciji. V nadaljevanju je opisana regulacija frekvence, napetosti ter delovne in jalove moči. Opisan je obravnavan del gorenjskega elektroenergetskega omrežja, ter njegov model v programskem okolju Matlab/Simulink. V nadaljevanju so opisani rezultati simulacij otočnega obratovanja z različnimi ukrepi, s katerimi poskušamo stabilizirati obratovanje. Obravnavan je prehod v otočno obratovanje po dveh scenarijih. V zadnjem poglavju so predstavljene ugotovitve v obliki smernic in priporočil.

Title:Frequency and voltage protection settings at transition in islanded operation mode
Abstract:
This thesis describes transition of a part of a power system of Gorenjska to islanded operation mode and further operation in such mode. Islanded operation mode with advantages and disadvantages and main differences from interconnection operation mode are described. In next chapter frequency, voltage active and reactive power regulation is described. Part of power system of Gorenjska is described as well as its model in Matlab/Simulink simulation environment. In next chapter simulation results with various actions to stabilize islanded operation mode are described. Two scenarios of transition to islanded operation mode are simulated. Conclusions as guidelines and recommendations are presented in last chapter.
