Abstract
V uvodnem poglavju so na kratko opisane konstrukcije motorjev s trajnimi magneti in njihovo delovanje. Drugo poglavje je namenjeno opisu metode izračuna momenta. V tretjem poglavju je opisan prototipni motor s trajnimi magneti. Prikazano ter opisano je merilno mesto, na katerem smo izmerili potek samodržnega vrtilnega momenta prototipa. Izračunali ter prikazali smo potek samodržnega vrtilnega momenta idealnega motorja. To je motor brez prisotnih toleranc, ki je bil že predhodno optimiziran. Opisani so vplivi posameznih toleranc rotorskih parametrov na amplitudno vrednost samodržnega vrtilnega momenta. Z upoštevanjem tolerance izdelave rotorskega dela motorja smo poskušali poiskati parametre bolj realističnega simulacijskega modela motorja. Poiskali pa smo tudi stator z manjšo občutljivostjo zvišanja amplitude samodržnega vrtilnega momenta glede na rotorske tolerance motorja. V zaključnem poglavju so podani izsledki simulacij in meritev na prototipnem motorju ter ugotovitve.

Title:Influence of rotor production tolerances on cogging torque in permanent magnet motor
Abstract:
In the introduction the constructions of permanent magnet motors and their operating are described. The second chapter deals with the rotating moment calculations method. In the third chapter the prototype of permanent magnet motor is described. The measuring position where measurement of cogging torque of the prototype motor were carried out is presented. Calculations and descriptions of the cogging torque process of an ideal motor have been made. Influences of individual tolerances of rotor parameters on the amplitude value of the cogging torque have been described. Considering the tolerance in the production of the rotor part of the motor the aim of the research was to find the parameters of a more realistic simulation motor model. A stator with a lower sensitivity to the amplitude of the cogging torque increase related to the rotor tolerance of the motor has been used. In the final chapter the results of the simulations and measurements are presented.
