Abstract
Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti delovanje in razvoj sistemov vodenja v podjetju Termoelektrarna Toplarna Ljubljana (TE-TOL) Z uporabo premoga se pri proizvodnji sproščajo v zrak emisije, ki jih je potrebno omejiti glede na okoljsko zakonodajo. Prav zaradi tega in zaradi boljšega izkoristka proizvodnje je TE-TOL prisiljen k razvoju in posodobitvi. Osrednji del diplomske naloge govori, kako so se skupaj s programsko in strojno opremo posodobili sistemi vodenja. Največje spremembe so vidne na kotlu 3, kjer se je kot vzporedni energent dodala biomasa. Tudi kotel 1, transport premoga in biomase, turboagregati, toplotne postaje in vsi drugi segmenti proizvodnje so bili v zadnjih letih posodobljeni. Z leti se komponente vse hitreje posodabljajo in prenavljajo, zato je celotna slika samega sistema vodenja še veliko obsežnejša, kot je bila pred desetimi leti.

Title:Chronology of control systems in combined heat and power plant Ljubljana
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to present the operation and development of control systems in the enterprise Termoelektrarna toplarna Ljubljana (TE-TOL) With the use of coal, the emissions are released in the air during the production, which have to be limited according to the environmental legislation. For this reason, and due to better utilization of production, a facility such as TE-TOL is forced to develop and modernize. The central part of the thesis is about the control systems which were, together with software and hardware, updated. The biggest changes are visible on the boiler 3 where biomass, as a parallel energy source, was added. The boiler 1, transportation of coal and biomass, turbo generator, heating stations and all other segments of production have also been updated in recent years. Over the years, the updates and recasts of components are faster, so the overall picture of control system is significantly larger than it was ten years ago.
