Abstract
Predstavljeni so rezultati ustrezne nastavitve parametrov.

Title:Automated optical controller of ampoules
Abstract:
The thesis addresses the operation of optical controllers used in ampoule production, configuration of sensors for ampoule filling volume detection and the presence of particles and cameras used for recognizing the possible cosmetic defects of ampoules. The thesis focuses on adjustable parameters of SD sensors and CCD cameras, presenting results of appropriate parameter configuration. The purpose of the thesis was to set the parameters of the optical controller in order to achieve a reject ratio of 3-4% while detecting all crucial defects. While conducting production qualification the controller had to be set in a way to detect most of the prearranged ampoule defects. Qualification of the controller was successful as the controller appropriately detected 99.75% of ampoule defects while falsely detecting 1.5% faultless ampoules as defected. A test using regular production ampoules was also conducted. Reject ratio was 2.07%; the test was successful.
