Abstract
Uporabili smo 2 vrsti lepila in lesne vrste: bukev, smreko, macesen, lipo, brezo in jelšo.

Title:Glued wood for construction purposes : visokošolski strokovni študij
Abstract:
Mechanical properties of various wood species and glued composites, so as their applicability in construction purposes, were researched. Various test samples, prepared from different wood species (beech, pine, larch, lime, birch, alder), were glued in combinations using hot and cold gluing procedure. Combined samples were tested for mechanical properties, their moisture and density. After pressing, thickness loss was measured and calculated. Mechanical test was performed with Zwick Z100 machine according tostandard SIST EN 310; density according to standard SIST EN 323, and moisture according to standard SIST EN 322 were also measured. It was discovered that glued wood has better mechanical properties than massive wood, and also that samples made by hot gluing have better mechanical properties than those made by cold gluing. By measuring moisture it was proved that there was no essential difference between glued and massive wood. By density calculation it was found out that by gluing different species of wood the density of samples increases. Wooden composites made by hot gluing have greater density than massive wood.
